Garden cafe "1890"

The garden cafe "1890" is located in the courtyard of the ancestral nest of the Kolomna dynasty of merchants Suranov. We invite our guests to leave the hustle and bustle of the city outside the gates of the manor, hide in the depths of the garden, look at the blue sky through the greenery of the foliage, feel the sweet sourness of Kolomna pastille and enjoy the moment.

The cafe's menu includes dishes from the preserved Suranov family cookbook. We have brought together leading experts on the history of Russian cuisine to restore and reconstruct Suranov recipes.

The cafe is also a continuation of the acquaintance of guests with the tastes of historical delicacies of the XIX – early XX century, recreated according to ancient recipes by the Museum of History with the taste of Kolomenskaya Pastila.
